I discovered the hidden power of breathing during a difficult time in my competitive career. Despite training 5-6 days per week, my performance felt flat, my energy was low, and my endurance was limiting me.
That’s when I learned what was holding me back: my breathing was dysfunctional.

This was not only holding me back on the mats, but also increasing my anxiety, disrupting my sleep, and destroying my energy levels. Since then, I’ve transformed my breath from a limitation to a tool.

The truth is startling: most combat athletes are operating at 60-70% of their respiratory potential. This invisible limitation undermines everything else they do—from strength and conditioning to technical training to mental preparation.

My mission is to eliminate this hidden performance limiter for serious combat athletes who refuse to leave victory to chance. Through scientifically-validated breathing protocols, I give fighters the decisive advantage when it matters most—in championship rounds, under extreme pressure, when everything is on the line.
